SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized and directed to accept an I

easement for ingress and egress road purposes to the location of the pro-
posed Post Office Building in the Village of Dublin from the Washington
Township Trustees. I
SECTION 2J. That this resolution be. and the same hereby is declared
I
to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of I
the general welfare of the people, and that this measure shall take effect im- i
mediately upon passage. I
