To amend the Annual Appropriation Ordinance to make an additional I

appropriation for the making of plans for the Village Planning Commission. I
Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, state of Ohio: I

! ~, SECTION 1. That the Annual A ppropriation Ordinance, Ordinance I

No. 5-65, passed 1 February, 1965, be and it hereby is amended by adding I
I
the following in Section 2. A. General Fund Appropriations A9(a): Plans for I
Village Planning Commission, $168.00, thereby increasing the sum to $3668.:00.
I
SECTION 2. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preserva- I
I
tion of the general welfare of the people, and that this measure shall take
effect immediately upon passage. I
