Ordinance reappointing H. Adam Hirth, Orville John Moffitt, and I
Emmett Karrer to Village Planning Commission and establishing the terms

Be it Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin Ohio, ~ I

of the members elected herein concurring: I

SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority given by the Ohio Revised
-
Code and Ordinance No. 01 -<0 ";:) of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, and after the
appointment and recommendation of the Mayor, Council of the Village of
; Dublin, Ohio, does hereby ratify, confirm and appoint H. Adam Hirth, Orville!
I
John Moffitt, and Emmett Karrer to the Village Planning Commission. I
SECTION 2. The term of H. Adam Hirth shall be for six (6) years;
the term of Orville John Moffitt shall be for four (4) years, and the term of
Emmett Karrer shall be for two (2) years, all commencing on the '-I {1+ day I

of January 1965. Their respective successors shall serve six year terms I

commencing the day after the expiration of their predecessors' terms and
when they are appointed and qualified.

SECTION 3. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is, I
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preserva-
tion of the public safety and welfare and that this ordinance shall take effect
. and be in force immediately upon its passage.
