Ordinance ratifying employment of Village Solicitor for the year 1965

Be it Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, ~ memJ
bers elected herein concurring:
SECTION 1. That Clayton W. Rose, Jr., Attorney-at-Law, is hereby
employed as Village Solicitor for the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the year 1965,
and that said solicitor shall be paid the sum of $200.00 per year for attending
eight council meetings per year. That said solicitor be paid for the prepara-
tion of ordinances, resolutions, memorandums, contracts and legal opinion the
I sum of $12.50 per hour. That said solicitor be paid the sum of $12.50 per hour
I for attendance at Mayor I s Court. Said solicitor shall be paid for all trial work)
r-'. the sum of $150.00 per day. For legal services incident to the prosecution or

.. defense of legal proceedings, the sum of $12.50 per hour. For legal services
incident to all public improvements, including the preparation of legal opinions
on aspects of said improvement programs, the preparation of all memorandum,
contracts, correspondence and the like, and for services in connection with the
issuance of bonds and notes in payment thereof, the sum of $200.00 plus two (2):

per cent of the total costs of said improvements. That said solicitor shall
bill the Village quarterly and shall be paid quarterly for all services rendered
as solicitor.
, SECTION 2. That this ordinance be and the same hereby is declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the public safety and general welfare
