I Be it Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, S- 1'''1 I , lJ of the members elected herein concurring: SECTION I. That pursuant to the authority of the Ohio Revised Code, the Village of Dublin Planning Commission is hereby recreated and re- established. The Planning Commission shall consist of the Mayor, one member of the Village Council selected by the Council, and three (3) citizens of the Village, The Mayor and the member from the Council shall serve during their respective terms in office, All the citizen members shall be I appointed by the Mayor, The terms of the citizen members shall be for fc years, except that terms of the original appointments shall be one for six years, one for four years, and one for two years. All members shall serve ., without compensation. The citizen members heretofore appointed by the r Mayor and approved by Council are, hereby ratified and confirmed, All the .... acts of the prior planning commission are hereby ratified and confirmed. I SECTION 2, The Planning Commission shall have all of the powers, I authority and duties granted to it by the Ohio Revised Code.
