To Authorize the Investment of Treasury Funds

I it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin,

state of Ohio:

Section 1: There is hereby established a Treasury
Investment Board consisting of the Mayor of the Village, the
Clerk-Treasurer of the Village and the Solicitor of the Village,
which shall have authority to invest any public funds of the
Municipality which are not required for a period of six (6)
months or more and which shall serve pursuant to the provisions

of Revised Code, Sections 731.56, 731.57, 731.58, and 731. 59.

Section 2: Whenever there are monies in the treasury
of the Village of Dublin which will not be required to be used
r1 for a l-eriod of six (6) months or more, such monies may, in
be invested in
'-' lieu of being deposited in a bank or banks,
accordance with the provisions of Revised Code, Sections
731.56, 731.57, 731.58, and 7 31. 5 9 . Investments so purchased I
shall be sold in accordance with Revised Code, Section 731. 57. ..
Sect.l.on 3: This ordinance shall take effect and be
