ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF DAVID HEADLEE TO FURNISH
GARBAGE AND RUBBISH HAULING TO THE INHABITANTS OF THE

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, five

members present therein and concurring:

SECTION 1 That the bid submitted by David Headlee for furnishing rubbi

and garbage collection, in accordance with the specifications contained in
Ordinance 04-64 and duly advertised by legal notice, be, and is hereby accept
as the lowest and best bid received therefor. I
SECTION II That the Clerk of the Village of 'Dublin and the Mayor be, I
. and hereby are, authorized and directed to enter into a contract with David
Headlee, in accordance with the terms of said bid; said contract to be from
March 6, 1964 to and including March 5, 1966; at a contract price of / fl, CJ I

'-1 per month for garbage and refuse and trash hauling, for all the existing
~~J residences in the Village of Dublin, Ohio, at this time; and for an additional I
$ /,~ () per month, for each dwelling built and occupied after the time of
the awarding of this contract. Said contract shall specify that the Village
shall have the right to cancel said contract, without liability, on 60 days
written notice to the contractor of the cancellation of said contract.
SECTION III This ordinance be, and the same is, declared to be an

emergency measure for the immediate preservation of the health, safety and
general welfare of the inhabitants of the lVillage of ,Dublin, for the reason
that said garbage and trash collection and hauling service is needed to provid
trash and sanitary collection service for the Village of Dublin. This ordinanc
0 shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
