ORDINANCE COMMI'TITING FUNDS FOR COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING
PROGRAM

r"' WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Planning Commission of the

~ Village of Dublin and by the Council of the Village of Dublin that it would be to

the benefit of the Village of Dublin to have a comprehensive plan made of the
Village of Dublin and surrlunding area. and
WHEREAS. certaid funds are available from the State of Ohio to aid
villages in said planning plogram. and
WHEREAS. in ordJr to obtain the assistance and financial aid of the
State of Ohio. it is necesslry that the Village of Dublin commit funds for the
purpose of the comprehenjive planning program.
NOW THEREFOREI. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin. Ohio. that
r"\ SECTION 1. It is ordained that the sum of Thirty-Five Hundred
.' ($3500.00). Dollars be colmitted and set aside for the exclusive purpose of
the preparation of a compJehensive. plan for the Village of Dublin and sur-
rounding area.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from an
after the earliest period allowed by law.
