02-64 Ordinance k ORDINANCE NO. 02-64 VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO Ordinance raitfying employment of Village Solicitor for the year 1964 and determining the compensation of the Village Solicitor of the Village of Dublin, Ohio. ("1 Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, L, - members elected herein concurring: I I SECTION I. That Clayton W. Rose, Jr., Attorney at Law, is hereby I employed as Village Solicitor for the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the year 1964, and that said solicitor shall be paid the sum of $200.00 per year for attending eight council mebtings per year. That said solicitor be paid for the preparation of ordinances, resolutions, memoramdums, contracts and legal opinion the sum of $12.50 per hour. That said solicitor be paid the sum of $12.50 per hour for attendance at Mayor's Court. Said solicitor shall be , paid for all trial work, the sum of $150.00 per day. For legal services in- cident to the prosecution or defense of legal proceedings, the sum of $12.50 r'" T I per hour. For legal services incident to all public improvements, including .., the preparation of legal opinions on aspects of said improvement programs, the preparation of all memorandum, contracts, correspendence and the like, and for services in connection with the issuance of bonds and notes in paymen thereof, the sum of $200.00 plus two (2) per cent of the total costs of said improvements. That said solicitor shall bill the Village quarterly and shall be paid quarterly for all services rendered as solicitor. SECTION ?
