09-63 Ordinance - - -- - - - - k ORDINANCE NO. 09133 VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO I Ordinance accepting the bid of George Byers Sons, Inc. to furnish a 1964 Patrol automobile and ~o accept as a trade in the present patrol car, and declaring an emergency. , -, Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, all six I I I I members present therein ank concurring. .. SECTION 1. That thl bid submitted by George Byers Sons, Inc. for I furnishing a 1964 Patrol aut<?mobile, in accordance with the specifications con- tained in the duly advertisedllegal notice be, and is hereby accepted and also I accepted is the bid of the said Company for the purchase of the present patrol car, and is the lowest and blst bid being received therefor.; being determined I by subtracting from the selling price of the vehicle to be purchased and the I purchase price offered to said Village of Dublin for the trade-in vehicle. [ SECTION II. That the Clerk of said Village be, and is hereby authorize I and directed to pay Two Thousand Ninety-Two Dollars and Twenty- Four I 'If Cents, ($2092.24), upon delivery of said 1964 Patrol automobile and receive'J.' t I ,-J title thereto. SECTION III. That tris Ordinance be, and the same hereby is declared to be an emergency measurJ necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, safety and genbral welfare for the reas~n that said automobile I is needed to provide adequate police protection for the Village of Dublin, Ohio, I and that this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon pass age. ~ [~.
