Whereas, the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, has I submitted to the Planning Commission an Ordinance setting forth a proposed modification to permit the described premises to be rezoned from residential to general commercial zoning and I that the said Planning Commission has unanimously proposed and recommended the aforesaid change and that the Council did set the matter down for hearing after 30 daysJ notice, and I 'rj day of ac--~~ Whereas, a hearing was held on the , , 1963.
