I , Ordinance providing for a change in zoning of property
., hereinafter described from residential to commercial.
)...... Whereas, the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, has
I submitted to the Planning Commission an Ordinance setting forth
a proposed modification to permit the described premises to
be rezoned from residential to general commercial zoning and
I
that the said Planning Commission has unanimously proposed and
recommended the aforesaid change and that the Council did set
the matter down for hearing after 30 daysJ notice, and

r of Dublin, Ohio, that the following described property in the

Commencing at an iron pin in the existing south
right-of-way line of the'Columbus-Marysvi1Ie Road
I ,(U. S. Route #33)\, said iron pin being also in
the existing west subdivision line of the Dublin
I Heights Subdivision, as the same is shown of record
I in Plat Book 24, Page 47, Recorders Office,
I Franklin County, Ohio: thence along the west
I subdivisionlline of said Dublin Heights South 4 deg.
I 221 40" West 300 feet to a ,point: thence in a generally
I westerly direction parallel with the Columbus-
I 'Marysvil1e Road ( U. S. Route #33), to a point in

general walfare of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reason
that the foregoing will protect and be for the preservation of
the public health, safety and welfare of the village of Dublin I
