ORDINANCE NO. 01-63 VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
Ordinance reappointing Harold Rose Marshall of the Village of
. Dublin ,and setting the compensation of the Marshall and further appointing

~l Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, all
.r six (6) of the members elected herein concurring:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority given by the Code and
after the appointment and recommendation of the Mayor, Council of the
Village of Dublin ,does hereby ratify, confirm and appoint Harold Rose as
Marshall of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, and does hereby ratify, confirm
and appoint Harold Rose as Street Superintendent of the Village of Dublin,
Ohio.
SECTION 2. The said Harold Rose shall be paid an annual salary
-,' for his duties as Marshall of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, commencing with
l ~ the passage of this ordinance in the amount of $3,360.00 per year.
SECTI ON 3,; The said Harold Rose shall be paid an annual salary :
of $1,840.00 per year commencing with the passage of this ordinance for
his duties as Street Superintendent,;

SECTION 4. That the Clerk-Treasure of the Village of Dublin shall .
pay the said Harold Rose the combined salaries in equal bi-monthly
installments on the 1st and 15th days of each month respectively,;
SECTION 5. That the said Harold Rose shall be subject to call 24 I

I: hours a day and that his minimum work week shall be 40 hours per week. I
SECTION 6. The said Harold Rose shall have a vacation of two

weeks per year at full salary at such time as the Mayor shall direct. .

SECTION 7 . That the said Harold Rose shall be paid the sum of
$150.00 per year for uniform allowance and that said sum shall be paid I
in semi-annual installments of $75.00 each. The first installment under

this ordinance being due and payable May I, 1963.

SECTION 8. This ordinance shall supersede and replace the
previous ordinance employing Harold Rose as Marshall of the Village of
Dublin and all provisions of the previous ordinance inconsistent herewith

SECTION 9. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is,

, declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate

; ( preservation of the public safety, peace and general welfare of the public
for the reason that the Village of Dublin will have 24 hour police protection
and proper street maintenance and that this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force immediately upon its passage.
