AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF RALPH T. McNEMAR AS A
POLICEMAN OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN FOR A PROBATIONARY PERIOD OF
SIX MONTHS, SETTING HIS COMPENSATION, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

is a suitable person tor suoh appointment:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counoil ot the Village ot
Dublin, state ot Ohio, 2- ot the eleoted members ooncurring:
SECTION 1. That the appointment by the Mayor ot Ralph T. McNemar

SECTION 3. That this Ordinanoe be, and the same hereby is, deolared
to be an emergency measure neoessary tor the immediate preservation
ot the pub1io peace and satety tor the reason that the Village has an
immediate need tor an additional tull-time Policeuan, and that this
