Ordinance transferring appropriations from one fund to
another.

Be it Ordained by the'Council of the Village of 'Dublin,

Ohio, of the members elected herein concurring:
SECTION I. That to provide for the current expenses and
other expenditures of the Village of Dublin during the fiscal
year ending December 31, 1962, that the sum of $150.00
previously appropriated in Section H8 of Ordinance 06-62 be
transferred from H8 to Hll and be used for travel and tractor
expenses, and that $700.00 previously appropriated in Section
H5 of Ordinance 06-62 for street repairing and maintenance be
moved to H4 for repair by contract.
SECTION II. That the provisions and ordinances heretofore
C made inc0nsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. That this ordinance be, and the same is
hereby declared to be an emergency necessary for the general
welfare and public safety of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for
the reasons that the foregoing will enable the ,Village of Dublin,
Ohio, to pay its bills when the same become due and payable and
it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
