BE IT O~IlmD by the Council of the Village of Dublin" state of

___ SECTION 1. That Ordinance 11-73, the Annual Appropriations Ordinance for
1973" be and it hereby is amended as follows:
In the appropriations from the General Fund" by decreasing the appropriation
for Contingency by the sum of $ 1,000.00, thereby decreasing said approp-
riation from $ 5,,000.00 to $ 4,000.00, and by increasing the appropriation
for lfunicipal Building by the sum of $ 1,,000.00, thereby increasing said
appropriation from $ 1,600.00 to $ 2,600.00. and:
In the appropriations from the Street Fund by decreasing the appropriation
for Repairs by Contract by the sum of $ 1,,500.00, thereby decreasing said
appropriation from $ 3,000.00 to $ 1,,500.00, by decreasing the appropriation
for Tools by the sum of $ 1,200.00, thereby decreasing said appropriation
from $ 1,,500.00 to $ 300.00, by decreasing the appropriation for Capital
Improvements by the sum of ~ 700.00, thereby decreasing said appropriation
from $ 13,000.00 to $ 12,300.00, and by increasing the appropriation for
Other Employees by the sum of $ 200.00, thereby increasing said appropriation
from $ 3,000.00 to $ 3,,200.00, by increasing the appropriation for Traffic
Control by the sum of $ 100.00, thereby increasing said appropriation from
$ 500.00 to $ 600.00, by increasing the appropriation for Trucks and Tractors
by the sum of $ 3,100.00, thereby increasing said appronriation from $ 2,356.00
to $ 5,,456.00.

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
'- emergency measure necessary for the innediate preserv~tion of the public
peace and safety for the reason that it is necessary to amend 1973 approp-
riations prior to the close of fiscal year 1973, and that this Ordinance
shall take e~fect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
