ORDINANCE NO. 5'-1-7 3 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF THE
VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN,
OHIO
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
,... Ohio, to of the elected members concurring:
~ SECTION 1. That from and after the effective date of this
ordinance the Village Administrator of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, shall
be paid a salary of $13,200.00 per year for performing his duties as
Village Administrator of the Village of Dublin, Ohio.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer shall pay the Village
Administrator in equal semi-monthly installments on the 15th and the last
day of each month.
SECTION 3. That, in addition to the sum specified above, the
Clerk-Treasurer shall, in further consideration of his services to the
Village, pay the full premium of a basic family medical and hospitalization
,. insurance policy for the benefit of the said Sherman Sheldon, Village
:-
\r Administrator, as agreed upon by the Mayor.
SECTION 4. That the minimum work week for the said Village
Administrator shall be 40 hours per week.
SECTION 5. That the said Village Administrator shall have a
vacation of two weeks perjyear at full salary at suc~ time as the Mayor and
the Village Administrator shall mutually agree upon.
SECTION 6. That this ordinance shall supercede Sections 2,
4 and 5 of Ordinance No. j~- 7 J.... of the Village of Dublin, Ohio.
SECTION 7. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
..., from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
