..., Be it Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
Ohio, S-. of the members elected herein concurring:
SECTION ,:t. That from the effective date of this ordinance
every owner or contractor wishing to drill a well within the
corporate limits of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, shall first
obtain from the building inspector of the Village of Dublin
a permit to so do.
SECTION II. The fee for the permit referred to in Section I
shall be $5.00, one half of which shall be retained by the
Village of Dublin and the other half shall be paid to the
...... . building inspector for his services.

1.- I SECTION III. The Village building inspector shall make
periodic inspections to determine if the well is being drilled
pursuant to Section 06-60 of the.Ordinances of the Village of
Dublin and is in compliance with the other -ordinances of the
Village of Dublin and the laws of the LState of:Ohio.
SECTION IV. That this ordinance shall be, and the same
hereby is declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the
public health and general welfare of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
for the reason that the foregoing will protect the general health
of the inhabitants of the Village by attempting to prevent
