Ordinance accepting the bid of ~ to furnish
, garbage and rubbish hauling to the inhabitants of the Village of Dublin, and

declaring an emergency.
Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, S-
members present therein concurring:
SECTION I. That the bid. submitted by FP gvrT~F/.n.pfor

furnishings rubbish and garbage collection in accordance with specifications
contained in the .Ordinance No. 0462 and duly advertised by legal notice be,
and is hereby accepted as the lowest and best bid received therefor.
SECTION U. That the Clerk of the Village of Dublin and the Mayor
of the Village be, and are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with EI7 g~rrr ER FtE"LP in accordance with the terms of
r said bid.' said contract to be from March 6, 1962 to and including March 5,

t... 1964, at a contractural price of $ ;L 1Jp. ~ per month for garbage and
refuse and trash hauling for all of the existing residences in the Village of
Dublin, Ohio, at this time and for an additional $ /.~ per month
for each dwelling built and occupied after the time of the awarding of this
contract, said contract shall specify that the Village shall have the right to
cancel said contract without liability on sixty (60) days written notice to the
contractor of the cancellation of said contract.
SECTION III. That this ordinance be and the same is declared to
be an emergency measure for the immediate preservation of the health,
safety and general welfare of the inhabitants of the Village for the reason

take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
