ORDINANCE NO. Il fr(,'- VILLAGE OF DUBLIN I OHIO
Ordinance appointing Harold Rose Marshall of the Village of Dublin
1 and setting the compensation of the Marshall.

\. Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublinl Ohiol all
six (6) of the members elected herein concurring:
SECTION I. That pursuant to the authority given by the Code and
after the appointment and recommendation of the Mayor I Council of the
Village of Dublinl Ohio does hereby ratifYI confirm and appoint Harold
Rose as Marshall of the Village of Dublin" Ohio and does hereby provide
for his compensation as Marshall.
SECTION II. The said Harold Rose shall be paid an annual salary
of $51000.00 per year commencing with the passage of this ordinance; that
said annual salary be paid in 12 equal monthly installments I 1/2 of each
,.. monthly installment being due on the 1st and 15th days of each month respect-

ively.
SECTION III. That the said Harold Rose shall be subject to call
24 hours a day and that his minimum work week shall be 40 hours per week.
SECTION IV. That Harold Rose shall have a vacation of two weeks
per year at full salary at such time as the Mayor shall direct.
SECTION V~ That Harold Rose be paid the sum of $150.00 per year
for uniform allowance and that said sum be paid in semi-annual installments
of $75.00 eachl the first installment being payable November 11 1962.
SECTION VI. That this ordinance shall supercede and replace the
previous ordinance herein appointing the said Harold Rose as Deputy Mar-
,.... shall and establishing the salary and duties as Deputy Marshall and all pro- I

~ J visions in the previous ordinance inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.

SECTION VII. That this ordinance be I and the same hereby is I
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate pre-
servation of the public safety I peace and general welfare of the public for

the reason that the Village of Dublin will have 24- hour police protection
and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
