ORDINANCE NO. ~-73 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING PAY RATE
OF THOMAS PRESSLEY
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 16-73 of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
provides that the Village Administrator shall have the right to determine the

pay rate 'of service and maintenance employees within specified ranges and
with Council approval; and
,
WHEREAS, the Village Administrator has determined that Thomas
Pressley, a service and maintenance employee, should be paid at the rate of
t<~
....... $3.75 per hour from and after January 1, 197;4, said amount being within the
prescribed pay range for said employee's classification as a Section Head#1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village
of Dublin, State of Ohio, " of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the pay rate of Thomas Pressley of $3.75 per
hour from and after January 1, 1974, as determined by the Village
Administrator, be and it hereby is approved; and the said Thomas Pressley
'l shall be paid at the rate of $3.115 per hour from and after January 1, 1974,
for performing Bis duties as a full-time maintenance man, Section Head # 1.

SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
