That it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to publicly sell, or to publicly offer for sale, tanr:-jb Ie Dersonal property in a residence, yard, garage or outbuilding of such residenoe in any Res- idential Zoning District, of the Village of Dublin, without first having obtained a license from the Village for that purpose, and paid the license fee therefor, as hereinafter provided. SECTION 2. That the apnlication f~r such license shall contain the name of the applicant, the applicant's address, the address where the sale is to be conducted, and the dates on which the sale will be conducted. SECTION 3. Applications for licenses shall be submitted to the Tfayor. The fee for issuance of the license shall be Two Dollars (~.2.00). Only two (2) such licenses will be issued for a single address in any twelve (12) month period, and shall be valid for not more than three (3 ) consecutive days. The license must be displayed on the premises during the sale. SECTION 4. Signs announcing the sale shall consist of one (1) on premise sign, and two (2) off premise signs. The location of the two (2) off premise signs shall be at the disoretion of the person holding the sale. Signs can be put up the night before the first day of the sale and must be taken down ,... immediately after the final day of the sale. Said signs shall be no larger 'fhan three (3) square feet in area, and shall not be illuminated or animated. ~ SECTION 5. That the Mayor may refuse a license for any sale w~ich would be detrimental to the residential nature of the neighborhood, it being the intention to restrict such sales to casual sales of reasonably limited amounts of tangible personal property. ... SECTION 6. That application ~or such sales shall be made at least seven (7) days in advance of the sale, and no sales shall commence before the hour of 8:00 A.M. or extend later than 8:00 P.N. SECTION 7. That any person, firm or corporation violating any ~rovision of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than Fifty Dollars ($ 50.00) for each offense. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense. SECTION 8.
