14-61 Ordinance ORDINANCE NO. 014...61 OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO. Ordinance prohibiting fires on street or alley surface. r Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, %? members present therein concurring: SECTION 10 No person shall make or cause to be made any fire upon any paved street or alley or place or caused to be placed thereon any leaves, ! grass, rubbish, rubble or other debris. SECTION 20 Whoever violates any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) for the first of- fense and shall be fined not more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each sub- sequent offense within a two year period. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be and the same is hereby declared to be an em~rgency measure for the public health and general welfare of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reason that the foregoing will protect and be for th preservation of the public health, safety and weifare of the Village of Dubli ~ Ohio, and the inhabitants thereof and that the Ordinance shall take effect an be in force immediately upon its passage.
