Ordinance adopting standard speciflcatio~9 and requirements for conttruction
of residential streets and sidewalks in subdivisions.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of :Dublin, .phio, ,? members
I present therein concurring:

r SECTION 1. That as a precedent to the approval of a plat for any subd~vision
the subdivider shall fully comply with all the terms, conditions and specifications as
set forth in the standard specifications in Exhibit "Att, attached hereto and made a
part of this Ordinance hereof as if fully rewritten herein.

SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent herewith are
hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
. the earliest period allowed by law. ,
