ORDINANCE NO. '1S:13 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 77 (D) AND (F) OF
ORDINANCE NO, 23 B - 72, VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
(TRAFFIC CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO)
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
J Ohio, , of the members elected thereto concurring:
SECTION 1. That Sections 77 (D) and (F) of Ordinance
No, 23 B - 72, Village of Dublin. Ohio, (Traffic Code of the Village of Dublin,
Ohio), be and they hereby are amended to read as follows:
(D) The expense of removal, conveyance or towing of such
vehicle, and the expense of storage thereof, when removed
to any impounding place designated by the Mayor shall be
borne by the owner, chauffeur, driver or other person in
charge thereof and shall be paid to the wrecker service
which removed, towed and stored such vehicle before the
vehicle is released.
(F) No vehicle impounded under the provisions of this section
shall be removed from such pound without authorization of
the police department in accordance with rules and
regulations prescribed by the Mayor and/or the Chief of
Police.
J SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
