ORDINANCE NO. 08-61, VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO..
Ordinance to fix the salary of the Clerk-Treasurer for the term
beginning January 1, 1962..
Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of-Dublin, Ohio, all
six of the members elected herein concurring:
t '\ SECTION 1. That the salary of the Clerk-treasurer shall be Seven

'-..: Hundred and Twenty Dollars ($720.00) per annum, payable in twelve (12) equal
monthly installments..
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent
herewith be repealed and this ordinance take effect from and after the earlies
period allowed by law.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance be and the same is hereby declared t
be an emergency necessary for the general welfare and public safety of the
Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reason that the foregoing will enable the
Village of Dublin, Ohio, to compensate its Clerk-Treasurer for services render
ed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage..
