07-61 Ordinance r - - - .. - ORDINANCE NO. 07-61, VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO. Ordinance to fix the salary of the Mayor for the term beginning January 1, 1962. Be it Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, all six of the members elected herein concurring: SECTION 1. That the salary of the Mayor shall be Three Hundred (\ Dollars ($300.00) per annum, payable semi-annually. The salary of the Mayor \..... set forth at Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) shall be in addition to the Fort Dollars ($40.00) per month that the Mayor receives as compensation for ho1din Mayor's Court. SECTION 2. That all Ordinances or part of Ordinances inconsistent herewith be repealed and this Ordinance take effect from ana after the ear1ie period allowed by law. / SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be and the same is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the general welfare and public safet of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reason that the foregoing will enable the Village of Dublin, Ohio, to compensate its Mayor for services rendered and this Ordinance shall take effect an~ be in force immediately upon its passage.
