ORDINANCE NO. 06...61, VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.
Ordinance to fix the salary of members of Village Council for the
terms beginning January 1, 19620
Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, all
six of the members elected herein concurring:

SECTION 1. That each councilman shall be paid the sum of Five
I Dollars ($5.00) per meeting with a maximum compensation of One Hundred Twenty

Dollars ($120.00) per year for each councilman, regardless of the number of
meetings attended. Said compensation shall be payable semi-annually.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent
herewith be repealed and this ordinance shall take effect from and after the
earliest period allowed by law.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance be and the same is hereby declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the public safety and general welfare
of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reason that the foregoing will enable
the Village to compensate the councilmen for the services they render as
councilmen and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
