An ordinance providing for change in zoning of the property herein- after described to ~~c~~i zoning under the General Zoning ,Ordin- ance of Dublin, Ohio. I , WHEREAS, Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, has submitted to the Planning Commission the proposed modification changing the zoning from l"l residential to ~~-eommerci~ zoning of the following described property, and that the ~ Planning Commissiod has unanimously proposed and recommende I I ~ the aforesai~ change and that Cou~cil did s~t the matter down for hearing , after thirty (30) days notice and, I I WHEREAS, said proposed hearing was held on the.6th-day of February, 1~6'l-. That this Ordinance be and the same is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the public health and general welfare of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reason that the foregoing will protect and be , for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the Village and the inhabitants thereof and that the Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
