ORDINANCE NO. 4D - 1 ~ , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE VILLAGE BUILDING
INSPECTmtil TO FURNISH A BOND TO THE VILLAGE
OF DUBLIN
..~ BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, of the elected members concurring:

"" SECTION 1. That the Building Inspector shall enter into
and furnish to the Village a bond with sufficient sureties to be approved by
the Mayor in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) conditioned upon
the Building Inspector's faithful and honest performance of his duties to the
Village of Dublin, Ohio.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
