ORDINANCE NO. 37-73 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE
ADMINISTRATOR TO RECEIVE MONIES FOR THE
VILLAGE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF
ZONING CODES, ZONING MAPS, FINES, BONDS
AND FEES IMPOSED BY THE VILLAGE TRAFFIC
CODE AND FEES IN CONNECTION WITH APPLICATIONS
r FILED PURSUANT TO THE ZONING CODE; AND
r REQUIRING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO
L FURNISH A BOND TO THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
cp of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Village Administrator be, and he hereby is,
authorized to receive monies for the Village in connection with the sale of
Zoning Codes, Zoning Maps, Fines, Bonds and Fees imposed by the Village
Traffic Dode and fees in connection with applications filed pursuant to the
Zoning Code.
SEC TION 2. That the Village Administrator shall turn all such
monies received over to the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Dublin

in accordance with the law.
SECTION 3. That the Village Administrator shall enter into and
furnish to the Village of Dublin a bond with sufficient sureties to be approved
by the Mayor in the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00)
conditioned upon the Village Administrator's faithful and honest performance
of his duties to the Village of Dublin, Ohio.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservati n
of the public peace, health and safety for the reason that it is immediately
necessary for the Village Administrator to receive monies on behalf of the
Village; and that this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
