I~REAS, Joseph King was appointed as a member of the Village
Arohiteotural Board by Ordinanoe 03-73 for the year 1973, and:
WHEREAS, the said J'oseph King has resigned as a member of the
Village Arohiteotural Board:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Counoil of the Village of
Dublin, state of Ohio, &:, of the eleoted members oonourring:
SECTION 1. That C,~ UJ8>,SV be, and he hereby is,
appointed as a member of the Village Arohiteotural Board for the
unexpired term of Joseph King.
SECTION 2. That Ct~ ( .u ~ev shall serve as a member of
the Village Arohiteotura1 Board unti~ the first meeting of Counoil in
..... the year 1974, and until his suocessor is appointed or until his death,
L resignation or removal from offioe for oause as determined by Counoil.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinanoe be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergenoy measure neoessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peaoe, health and safety for the reason that a member of the Village
Arohitectural Board to suooeed Joseph King is immediately neoessary to
perform the funotions and duties presoribed by Ordinanoe 21-70, and that
this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
