AN ORDINANCE ACCEPl'ING THE LONEST AND BEST BID FOR A NEW INDUSTRIAL WHEEL
TRACTOR WITH LOADER AND BACKHOE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
ri WHEREAS: Pursuant to Ordinance 2-9-73 bids have been reoieved for the sale
I to the Village of a new Industrial Wheel Tractor with Loader and Backhoe

NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the C'ounoil of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, <0 of the eleoted members oonourring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of l~ Ir-J l.:: - Lv for the sale to the

Village of a new Industri&l Whee'!'/fractor Wlith Loader and Backhoe in
acoordance with the speoifioations presently on file in the office of
the Clerk-Treasurer, be, and hereby is aocepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treasurer be.
and they hereby are, authorized and direoted to execute a contract in the
name of the Village with the said K'r-J <.:. ~.J tI" t..c for the pu~ohase
by the Village of a new Industrial Wheel Tractor with Loader and Baokhoe
in acoordanoe with the specifioations presently on file in the offioe of
the Clerk-Treasurer, and in accordance with the said bid of lL.'r-\(, ~....." Lo .
SECTION 3. That this Ordinanoe be, and the same hereby is, declared to be
an emergenoy measure neoessary for the immediate preservation of the public
~ safety for the reason that a oontraot for a new Industrial Wheel Tractor
with Loader and Baokhoe is presently needed, and that this: Ordinance shall
take effeot and be in foroe immediately upon its: passage.
