,I WHEREAS, Charles Hicks was appointed as a member of the Village

r' I Board of Zoning Appeals by Ordinance No. 02-73 for the year 1973; and
I WHEREAS, the said Charles Hicks has resigned as a member of the

II Yillage Board of Zoning Appeals:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of ,

Dublin, State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring: I

SECTION 1. That Richard Leppert be, and he hereby is, appointed

as a member of the Village Board of Zoning Appeals for: the unexpired term
!
I of Charles Hicks.
I SECTION 2. That Richard Leppert shall serve as a member of the
i
I I
Ii Village Board of Zoning Appeals until the first meeting of Council in the year
I I
I 1974, and until his successor is appointed or until his death, resignation or
i
I removal from office for cause as determined by council. I

declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate

preservation of the public peace, health and safety for the reason that a !

member of the Village Board of Zoning Appeals to succeed Charles Hicks is

immediately necessary to perform the functions and duties prescribed by

Ordinance No. 21-70, and that this ordinance shall take effect immediately
I upon its passage.
