AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LOWEST AND BEST BID FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE
NURTH WEST AND SOUTHWEST CORNERS OF S.R. 161 AND C.R. 745(High &Bridge streets)
BY INCREASING THE EXISTING CURB RADIUSES OF BOTH CORNERS.

; WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinanoe 47-72, bids have been reoeived for improvement

streets) by inoreasing the existing ourb radiuses of both oorners, and:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Counoil of the Village of Dublin"

with plans and speoifioations presently on file in the offioe of the Clerk-

SECTION 2. That the Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treasurer be" and
they hereby are" authorized and direoted to exeoute a oontraot in the name

an emergenoy measure neoessary for the immediate preservation of the publio
safety for the reason that a oontraot for these improvements is presently

upon its passage..
