AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LOWEST AND BEST BID FOR STREE:l' IMPROVEMENTS ON THE
FOLLOWING STREETS IN THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, Grandview Drive, lJJngview Drive,
lIilrion street, Franklin street (Minor) "Short Street" Riverview street South-,

I WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinanoe 18-73, bids have been reoeived for the
-... improvement of the above named streets, and:-

NOliY, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Counoil of the Vill8lge of Dublin,

SECTION 2. That the Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treasurer be" and they

SECTION 3. That this Ordinanoe be" and the same hereby is, deolared to be an
emergenoy measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public safety
for the reason that a contraot for these improvements is presently needed, and
that this Ordinance shall take effect and be in foroe immediatiiy upon its
passage.
