ORDINANCE NO,
ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN ZONING OF
CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT (PUD)
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
L of the elected members concurring:

}i ') SECTION 1. That the following described real estate situated in the

,~' I Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, shall be and it hereby is rezoned to a

Planned Unit Development District (PUD)and shall be subject to the
regulations and procedures contained in Ordinance No. 21-70, Village of
Dublin, Ohio (Zoning Code of the Village of Dublin, Ohio) as amended and
shall be subject to the regulations and procedures as set forth in Ordinance
No. 14-73 of the Village of Dublin, Ohio (amending Ordinance No. 21-70,
providing for Planned Unit Development District), and shall be further
subject to the conditions set forth in the report and recommendations of the
Planning Commission, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit
"A" and is hereby incorporated into and made a part of this ordinance:

SECTION 2. That the plats entitled "Site Location" and "Land Use

I Plan", which said plats are attached hereto and identified as Exhibits "B"
and "c" respectively, be and they hereby are incorporated into and made a
part of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
rh from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
