ORDINANCE NO, ) Lf-73 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 328.023 OF ARTIC LE III
OF ORDINANCE NO, 21-70 KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE OF
THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO, ADDING "FUNERAL SERVICE"
AS A PERMITTED USE IN THE COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT

WHE REAS, this ordinance was submitted to the Planning Commission
.... for its approval, disapproval or suggestions; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reported to Council that it
recommends the passage of said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, on ftpfJ../L c1. , 1973, Council held a public
hearing thereon after giving due and proper notice thereof; and
WHEREAS, the report of the Planning Commission together with the
text of this ordinance has been on file in the Office of the Clerk available for
public examination during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the
public hearing.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village
