ORDINANCE NO. , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 348.021 AND 348.022
OF ARTICLE III OF ORDINANCE NO. 21-70 KNOWN AS THE
ZONING CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO, ADDING
AS PERMITTED USES WITHIN THE OFFICE LABORATORY AND

WHEREAS~ this ordinance was submitted to the Planning Commission
for its approval, disapproval or suggestions; and
WHEREASJ the Planning Commission has reported to Council that it
recommends the passage of said ordinance; and
WHEREASJ on /f},~ 7 J 1973J Council held a public
hearing thereonJ after giving due and proper notice thereof; and
,..., WHEREAS, the report of the Planning Commission together with the
text of this ordinance has been on file in the Office of the Clerk available
for public examination during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding
the public hearing.
NOWJ THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village
of DublinJ State of OhioJ (p of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That Sections 348.021 and 348.022 of Article III
of Ordinance No. 21-70 beJ and they hereby areJ amended to read as
follows:
348.021 Administrative and executive offices for personnel
engaged in general administrativeJ supervisorYJ purchasing, accounting,
and other functions related to office operations; research, synthesisJ
