18-73 Ordinance I RECORD OF ORDINANCES . ~ Divisions of national Columbus Blank Book Co., Heer Printmg Co., Cols., O. .~ ~ Form No. 2806-A Ordinance No 'n)~~n!"2___nm_ Passedmm_If)IJr!._~nnm'_1mnmmmnn19}3 n AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FUR STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON THE FULLONING STREETS IN THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN: GRANDVIEW' DRIVE, LONGVIEW DRIVE, MARION r- STREET, FRANKLIN STREET (MINOR), SHORT STREET, RIVERVIEW STREET SOUTH, L FRANKLIN STREET (MAJOR) AND MONTEREY DRIVE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WBEREAS, There is a need for improvements on the above named streets: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the C'ounoil of the Village of Dublin, /' state of Ohio, ~ of the eleoted members oonourring: SECTION 1. That the Village Administrator be, and he hereby is, authorized and direoted to advertise for bids, for two suooessive weeks, for the imp- rovements on the above aamed streets, oonsisting of edging, oleaning, pre- leveling with blaoktop and sealing, inoluding all labor, materials and equipment neoessary, in aocordanoe with the plans and speoifioations prepared by the Village Engineer and presently on file in the offioe of the Clerk-Treasurer. All bids shall be sealed, and shall be filed with the Village Administrator of the Village of Dublin before 12:00 Noon E.S.T. ....... p..~?- \ l 7 , 1973, at whioh time said bids shall! be opened. ... SECTION 2. That this Ordinanoe be, and the same hereby is, deolared to be an emergenoy measure, neoessary for the immediate preservation of the publio safety for the reason that the improvement of these streets is presently needed to proteot the safety of the residents of the Village, and that this ordinanoe shall take effeot and be in foroe immediately upon its passage.
