AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE FINAL APPOINTMENT OF RICHARD M. HAYS AS
A roLI.-TIME POLICEMAN OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
,.... WBEREAS, Riohard M. Hays has satisfaotorily served a nine month
It probationary period as a Policeman of the Village, and

L. WHEREAS, the Mayor has made a final appointment of the said Richard
M. Hays as a Polioeman of the Village, and
WHEREAS, Counoil is of the opinion that the said Richard M. Hays is
a suitable person for such appointment:
NOW, THEREFORE, Bs--rT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Villa'ge of Dublin,
state of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the final appointment by the Mayor of Richard M. Hays

as a Policeman of the Village of Dublin, Ohio be, and it hereby is
confirmed.
SECTION 2. That said Richard M. Hays has agreed in writing to abide
by all provisions of Ordinanoe 16-73 relating to hours of work, rates
of pay, and other benefits of the Police Department of the Village of
Dublin.

SECTION 3. That this ordinanoe be, and the same hereby is, deolared to
.... be an emergenoy measure neoessary for the immediate preservation of the
publio peaoe and safety for the reason that the Village has an immediate
need for an additional full-time Polioeman, and that this ordinanoe
