I ORDINANCE NO.C/ ~ - CO OF THE VILLAGE
OF DUBLIN, OHIO.

Ordinance requiring a filing fee of $25.00 for every application
I filed for a zoning variance or an application to change zoning.
SECTION 1. That the Planning Commission of the Village of Dublin
I shall not accept any petition for rezoning or petition for a zoning variance
unless a filing fee of $25.00 payable to the Village of Dublin accompanies
.... said application. This ffling fee is not refundable and said Planning Com-
I mission shall not act on said petition until said filing fee has been paid.
~ SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be and the same is hereby declared
I
to be an emergency measure necessary for the public health, safety and wel-
fare of the Village and the inhabitants thereof, and that the Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
