ORDINANCE NO.' C 1/- h" 0 , V:a.LAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.
An ordinance providing for change in zoning of Lots Number 147, 148
and 149 of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, as said lots are numbered and delineat
ed upon the recorded plat thereof, of record in Plat Book 3, page 1992
Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, from residential to general commer-
cial zoning under the General Zoning Ordinance of Dublin, Ohioo
~ , WHEREAS, Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, has submitted to
V' the Planning Commission the proposed modification changing the zoning from
residential to general commercial zoning of the above described property and
that the said Planning Commission has unanimously proposed and recommended
the aforesaid change and that Council did set the matter down for hearing
after thirty (30) days notice, and

19600 wHEREAs, said proposed hearing was held on the ~ay of November,
SECTION 1.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, that
said Lots Number 147, 148 and 149 of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, shall be
and are hereby zoned for general commercial zoning and shall be classified
as Commercial District A, as set forth in Ordinance Number 3-54 of the General
Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, and that said premises may
be used for any commercial purposes as set forth in the rules and regulations
governing the Commercial District in said Ordinance Number 3-540
That the vote was of the ~ ,members present, ~ votin
"Aye" and /h .-.n-u..... voting "Nay", said vote being held and taken at the reg-
ular council meeting of the Village of Dublin, Ohio.
C SECTION 2.
That this ordinance be and the same is hereby declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the public health and general welfare of the
Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reason that the foregoing will protect and
be for the preservation of the public health, safety and wslfare of the
Village and the inhabitants thereof and that the Ordinance shall take effect
I and be in force immediately upon its passage.
