An Ordinance providing for change in zoning of the following des-
cribed property, towwit:
"Beginning at the Northwest corner of the I.OoO.F. Cemetery
on Bridge Street in Dublin; thence in a generally Westerly
direction along Bridge Street approximately 870 feet, more or
less, to the Western limits of the Village of Dublin, at the

a distance of 200 feet to a point; thence in a general Easter~

from residential to general commercial zoning under the General Zoning Ordin-
ance of Dublin, Ohio.:
WHEREAS, Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, has submitted to,
the Planning Commission the proposed modification changing the zoning from
residential to general commercial zoning of the above described property and
that the said Planning ,Commission has unanimously proposed and recommended
the aforesaid change and that Council did set the matter down for hearing
after thirty (30) days notice, and

WHEREAS, said proposed hearing was held on the 7 day of Novembe ,
I 1960.

, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, that
the following described property, to-wit:

I shall be and is hereby zoned for general commercial zoning and shall be c1assi
fied as Commercial District B, as set forth in Ordinance Number 3-54 of the
General Zoning.Ordinance of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, and that said premise
may be used for any commercial. purposes as set forth in the rules and regula-
I tions governing the Commercial District in said Ordinance Number 3~54o

emergency measure necessary for the public health and general we1far~ of the
Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reason that the foregoing will protect and
be for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the
Village and the inhabitants thereof and that the Ordinance shall take effect
