09-60 Ordinance ~ ORDINANCE NO. t) 9- b 0 I VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO. I An. ordinance to vacate the first alley south of and parallel to Bridge Street between Franklin Street and the alley immediately west of the Dublin Community Church. I WHEREAS, a petition by the Dublin Community Church owning .a11 of the , ) lots abutting on said alley proposed to be vacated, was duly presented to 1 Council praying that said alley, between the points named, be vacated, and " I U Dublin Community Church having filed a written consent to said vacating of said alley, and WHEREAS, Council, upon hearing, is satisfied that there is good cause for such vacation as prayed for, that it will not be detrimental to the general interest, and ought to be made, NOW THEREFORE, Be It Ordained, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio: SECTION 1. That the first alley south of and parallel to Bridge Street between Franklin St~eet and the alley immediately west of the Dublin Community Church be, and the same is hereby vacated. SECTION 2. That this ordinance be, and the same is hereby declared to be an emergency measure I necessary for the general health and general we1" fare of the Village of Dublin, for the reason that the foregoing will save the Village the cost of repairs on said alley and will be for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the Village and its inhabitants thereof, and that the ordi~ance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
