AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LONEST AND BEST BID FOR A NEW POLICE CmrISER:
AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE VILLAGE AND THE CLERK-TREASURER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
,... WHEREAS: pursuant to Ordinanoe 04-73 bids have been reoei ved for the sale
to the Village of a new polioe oruiser, and:

in the amount of t .3 ~o~. 0..9. is- the lowest and best bid:

NOW, THEREroRE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counoil of the Village of Dublin,
state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members oonourring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of tJDlmlloJ ~m,i).i ifHA,) for the sale to the Village
of a new Police Cruiser in accordanoe with the speoifioations presently
on file in the offioe of the Clerk-Treasurer, be, and hereby is acoepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Administra~or and the Clerk-Treasurer be, and
they hereby are, authorized and direoted to exeoute a oontraot in the name
of the Village with the said N()a.rIl~ 'Jfflll'vt (fI-uv':> for the purchase by the Village
of a new Polioe Cruiser in aooordance with the speoifioations presently on
file in the offioe of the Clerk-Treasurer and in aooordance with the said

-- SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, deolared to be
an emergenoy measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the publio
safety for the reason that a oontraot for a new POlice Cruiser is presently
needed, and that this Ordinanoe shall take effeot and be in foroe immediately
upon its passage.
