ORDINANCE CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF RESERVE POLICEMAN AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

-- WHEREAS, The ayor has appointed Ralph T. McNemar
as Resetve Polioeman of the Village of Dublin, 8Illd
WHEREAS, Counoil is of the opinion that said person is suitable
for such appointment:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the C:ouncll of the Village of Dublin,
state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the appointment by the Mayor of Ralph T. McNemar
as a Reserve Policeman of the Village be, and he hereby is, confirmed.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared
to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preserva'tion
of the public peace, health, and safety for the reason that said person IS
services as a Reserve Policeman are presently needed to protect the peace ~
