DECLARING AN EMERGENCY..

WHEREAS, The Mayor has appointed Wi.llie Bowens

WHEREAS, Counoil is of the opinion that said person is suitable for
suoh appointment:
NOW, THEREFURE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counoil of the Village of DUblin.

SECTION 1. That the appo intment by the Mayor of Willie Bowens
as a Reserve Po1ioeman of the n11age be, and. he hereby is, oonfirmed.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinanoe be. and. the same hereby is, deolared to
be an emergenoy measure necessa~ for the immediate preservation of the
publio peaoe, health, and safety for the reason that said person's
servioes as a Reserve Policeman are presently needed to protect the peaoe,
