AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE ARCHITECTURAL BOARD, SETTING THEIR
TERMS, AND DECLARING .AN EMERGENCY.
BE)'T ORDAINED by the Counoil of the Village of Dublin, state of Ohio,

~ SECTION 1. That the following named persons be, and they hereby are, appointed
as members of the Architeotural Board as oreated in Ordinanoe 21-70 known as
the "Zoning Code of the Village of Dublin, Ohio.

SECTION 2.
That the above-named persons shall serve as members of the Village
Arohitectu~l Board until the first meeting of Counoi1 in the year 1974, and
until their suooessors are appointed, or until their death, resignation or
removail,1ror oause as determined by Counoil.
--- SECTION 3. The lI8mbers herein appointed aoting as the &rohi teotural Board
..... shall perform the functions and duties as presoribed and defined by Ordinaace
21-70, known as the "Zoning Code of the Village of Dublin, Ohio."
SECTION 4. The members of the ~ohitectural Board appointed herein shall meet
as soon as possible at the MUnioipal Building for the purpose of eleoting a
ohairman, adopting rules for the oonduoting of business, and organizing the
Board and transaoting anw other business whioh may come before the Board at
thi s meet ing.
SECTION 5. The members 01 the Alrohitectural Board shall serve without oomp-
en sat ion.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinanoe be, and the same hereby is, deolared to be an
, emergenoy measure neoessary for the immediate preservation of the publio
peaoe, health and safety for the reason tha>t an Arohitectural Board is
"... immediately necessary to perform the functions and duties prescribed by
-- Ordinance 21-70, and that this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage.
