AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE VILLAGE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS,
SETTING THEIR TERAS', AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, state of Ohio,

SECTION 1. That the following named persons be, and they hereby are,

SECTION 2. The above-named persons shall serve as members of the Village
Board. of Zoning Appeals until the first meeting of Council in the year
1974, and until their suooessors are appointed or until their death,
resignation or removal from office for oause as determined by Counoil.
,..... SECTION 3. The mem.bers herein appointed, aoting as the Board of Zoning
..... Appeals, shall perform the funotions and duties as presoribed and defined
by Ordinanoe 21-70, known as the "Zoning Code of the Village of Dublin,
Ohio."'
SECTION 4. The members of the Board of Z'oning .Appeals appoiDted herein
shall meet as soon as possible at the MUnioipal Building for the purpose
of eleoting a ohairman, adopting rules for oonduoting business. organizing
the Board and transaoting any other business whioh may come before the Board
at said meeting.
SECTION 5. Members of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall serve without comp-
ensation.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance be. and the same hereby is, deolaJl"8d to be an
emergenoy measure neoessary for the immediate preservation of the public

Ordinanoe 21-70. and that this ordinanoe shall take effeot immediately upon
its passage.
