".... WHERE:A.S, Ward Fbster lnlS appointed as a member of the Village Planning
\.- Commission for an un-expired term beginniJl.g November 1, 1971 and ending
on January I, 1973: and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has reappointed Ward Fbter to serve as a member of
the Village Planning Commission for a ~ year term oommencing January 1, 1973
and ending January 1, 197J....: and
WHEREAS, Counoil is of the opinion that said Ward Fbster is qualified for
